Standing entries

A page ought to be able to say it does not know. Each figure here is a single entry with a standing, a day stamp and an origin, and a blank stays blank until someone stands behind it.
No guessing in the gaps, no borrowed numbers, nothing that leans on somebody else's word.
Method
An entry that carries a value and an origin. Only these may carry a link or a figure.
Nobody has supplied it. The slot is drawn dim and dated, and does nothing when touched.
Somebody offered it, nobody checked it. It is treated exactly like a blank until somebody checks it.
Each entry carries the day it was last looked at, so a stale reading exposes itself.
